Inspiration in the kitchen
Whenever I make a culinary knife, I want it to perform exceptionally. That’s a given. But ultimately I want it to inspire the end user. I want them to see it as a conduit for channeling the muse into their kitchen and into the meals that they create. (Or at least at a bare minimum, just to have fun cooking!) But overall that is what I believe art is and I feel that knives or any tool for that matter have the potential to inspire us beyond what is normal. Art is expression and something that cultivates emotion within us and leads us to expand our being. I believe that creation is vital to the human spirit and it’s through my work that I wish to pass on that same creative energy into your cooking and your life.
