279mm two tone sujihiki
Available for purchase is this 279mm honyaki sujihiki. The blade is forged from w2 high carbon tool steel and features a distinctive hamon line and a fuller on both sides of the blade.
The knife features an octagonal handle made from ebony and dyed maple burl and is heirloom fit to an antiqued fire blacked steel bolster.
